Description

The AT runs 22.6 miles from VT Hwy 9 to Stratton-Arlington Road. Along the way it passes the Melville Nauheim shelter, Little Pond Mountain, the Goddard shelter, Glastenbury Mountain (a 3,748-foot summit), the Kid Gore shelter, and the Story Spring shelter.
