Simply one of the top three trails in Ohio. This is the trail you want to do with a small group, a two day hike. Be sure to get the maps of the trail and area. Also, don't miss Moonville Tunnel- it is worth the side trip!

This is a good intermediate-level trail. it has two loops for shorter hikes. Some of it is a bit hilly, but it's not too bad. Camping is restricted to camp sites, some of which are large enough for several groups. There are many points of interest marked along the trail many of which are of historical significance. The trail is well-maintained. Water is available from pumps at a few locations along the trial. During a June hike it was packed, no so much on the trail, but mostly at camp.
