Lake Hope State Park is a large, 2,983-acre paradise for recreational use. The park is located in the 26, 800 thousand acre Zaleski State Forest and complete with rugged terrain. Hiking, camping, picnicking, biking, boating, swimming, hunting and fishing are all very popular activities here. The park offers great hiking trails and a 21-mile backpacking trail with primitive camping sites .
