This is one of five different trails in Chimney Rock State Park. It is one of the more advanced out of all of them. It is a 1.2 mile round trip hike rated moderate to strenuous. This trail starts in the Upper Meadows and leads to the Hickory Nut Falls Trail. It is an uphill climb all the way and goes up a total of 400 feet in elevation all the way to the base of Hickory Nut Falls and to the bottom of Chimney Rock.

    This trail was nice & had alot of natural stairs on the trail.
