This is a nice medium intensity loop which meanders through a second growth forest and around Yellowwood Lake. Slight changes in elevation, nothing strenuous. I started across the road at the visitor center and headed left. The trail twists & turns taking you past information signs about the history & logging of the area. Then it follows the road until you reach the boat dock where the trail joins up with the Tecumseh trail and follows the east side of the lake. At the dam it crosses the creek at the spillway then passes the camping areas, goes across the road and back to where you started. Good representation of an Indiana forest.
