I like this park a lot. Some nice hiking along the river.

Saw Wee Kee features long hiking trails along the fox river, with multiple start and end points. The scenery along the lake is beautiful, even though some of the hike is through rural neighborhoods. There are opportunities for different hike lengths, should you want to go at it all day or just for an hour.
The bonuses include many great fishing spots, and a couple of boat launch areas (for canoes or kayaks).

It's a must see for the west suburbs, and worth the drive for city dwellers.
