This 967-acre site offers wooded hills, picturesque meadows, nature areas and an abundance of wildlife. Camping, hiking, hunting and sports facilities are available and popular in the warm months. Ice skating and ice fishing are popular in the winter. The park features the Trace Inn Restaurant, and manages the 627-acre Chauncey Marsh Wetland. The pristine 40-acre lake is a hotbed for fishing and boating.
Eight miles of scenic trails of moderate difficulty wind through the park. The Indian Treaty, Robin, Valley Springs and Tulip trail overlap each other. There is also a horseback riding trail that is open to bicyclist when the conditions are appropriate.
