This park has a place in my heart like no other. I spent weeks camping here as a teen, and I've brought my own family back here several times. Research well before making a reservation . The pics and sizes of each campsite are listed on the website. Bring bikes if you have them.

I've spent a total of around 18 weeks total camping here, starting at the age of 14. My family and I are going back this summer and we can't wait. From the huge live oaks, to the pristine beach, pier, camp store, nature center, trails, and activities, this beautiful place cannot be beat. The sites on the back loops are the best, the front loop sites are smaller and very close together. This is a wonderful place for couples and families alike.

This was so much better than staying at a hotel. The beach by the park is gorgeous, especially compared to the beaches in front of the hotels. The park itself is nice and pretty big. They weren't the biggest sites ever but they were ok. They have a nice, well-stocked camp store (wifi if you need it). It was pretty good for bike riding. The shower houses were ok. It's a really pretty park, though.
