Very convenient for day trips to nearby Frisco or Breckenridge. Mature pines have been removed (2011) due to beetle kill and only a few juvenile trees or aspen remain. Most RVers won't care, but tent campers will be unhappy in the hottest months or if they want a lot of privacy. Will be more desirable as growth returns in 2-5 years.

This is a great group camp site for pull-in car/RV camping. However, I heard it is closed this year and all trees are being removed due to Pine Beetle.
