Campground Description

Estes Park Campground at Mary's Lake is a great way to escape the city life. On the outskirts of Estes Park, it is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by the gorgeous Rocky Mountains. It is a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, completing the serene view. This popular area houses all types of campers, from the touring abode community to the adventurous tent dwellers. There is an assortment of things to pass the time, whether you prefer the relaxation of a fishing pole and a chair, the energy-depleting magic of our small but delightfully heated pool, the close proximity to the town of Estes Park for shopping or dining, or the rare but necessary opportunity for bonding with your family or friends around the campfire.

Maybe I missed something all together, but this is a hiking trail, not a campground. If I'm wrong I'm wrong, but I definitely went for a lap and didn't see a single tent or mention of camping.

Regardless, it's a great, medium hike. The lake is beautiful, but it's not as "in the woods" as some would prefer. Worth checking out!
