Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park is a 6,644.79-acre park and it preserves badlands, riparian habitats and grasslands along the Milk River. The landscapes here have spiritual significance for the Blackfoot people and the petroglyphs and pictographs here are protected for them. This is a very popular destination and activities here include swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking and camping.
