Description

The 6,400-acre Chicot State Park encompasses rolling hills and the Lake Chicot. The beautiful park provides excellent opportunities for fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping and picnicking. There are also playgrounds on the property for children to enjoy. The park also offers rentable cabins and boats, as well as a swimming pool for your convenience.

The hiking trails on the property include a 20 mile backpacking trail that encircles the lake and a smaller eight mile hike for those who are looking for a shorter trip. Mountain biking is also permitted on the trails.
