Q: Can you take RV there and stay the whole year ? I have been here several times for few nights only. I like the quiet and it feels safe. G -Guest

Enjoyed a mid-week overnighter at FB to give the GF a special break to her already hectic work week. Campsites were spacious and clean with picnic tables, fire rings and lantern/food hooks. Clean showers with h/c water. Bathrooms have cold water only. Staff has done an amazing job of cleaning up from the past two years' storm and hurricane damage. Treelines separate the drive-in sites. Speaking of which - 14 have electricity. Can get firewood from the Host. Paved walking/biking trails and a new hiking trail. Access to the Neuse River beach is available bthrough the adjacent picnic area. 5 minutes from nearby gas/convenience store or 10 minutes to a Wally World.
