Directions: Campground is approximately 40 miles southwest of Douglas, WY.
From Douglas, follow Highway 94 (Esterbrook Road) for two miles, turn right on Chalk Buttes Road. After three miles turn left onto Highway 91 (Cold Springs Road)
After 25 miles, the pavement ends and the road becomes Converse County 24. Continue south and southwest on CCR 24 ( Cold Springs Road) for about 14 miles to the campground.

Camping, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, ATV use and viewing scenery and wildlife await the visitor.
Campground description: This is a remote area at the western end of the Laramie Mountains, on the Douglas Ranger District. The road leading into the area passes through the scenic LaPrele Canyon.
Fee: $5
Reservations: All sites are first-come, first-serve.
Campground services: 8 campsites with tables and fire grates. Vault toilet, no host on site. Pack out trash. Semi primitive campground.
The campsites will accommodate trailers under 22 feet in length. There is a limit of 2 vehicles and 10 people per campsite.
Dogs must be leashed in the campground. Signs posted at the campground.
