Description
This campground is located on a 35-acre trout and channel catfish lake. There are 10 sites that can accommodate RV's up to 30 feet. Campsites include a parking spur, fire ring, picnic table, and tent pad. Drinking water, and vault toilets are available. The boat launch is located one-half mile from the campground. Beaver Lake has brown and brook trout, channel catfish, and perch. A spur trail connects the campground to the North Country National Scenic Trail. Sites can be reserved online through the national reservations service.Directions
Travel west from Mellen 8 miles on County Highway GG and turn right (north) on Forest Road 187 for 3 miles. Turn left (west) Forest Road 198 for two milesActivities
