I had a great time on this rocky trail. I took a Katadyn water filter and had no problem getting water. The environment was thick and lush. I missed out on ticks and flies but I was there in the cooler months. Be prepared for weather.

Terrible! Ended up with seed ticks, chiggers, Deerfly bites with blood running down both arms! Got lost as trail is poorly marked and overgrown. No access to water. Up and down trail. Used by Green Berets and they have trouble I hear. Don't go unless fully prepared for all the above.
