Short hike along the shores of Lake Placid. Very convenient to downtown and perfect length for the whole family to enjoy!Directions
From Lake Placid, take 86 toward Saranac Lake. As you climb the hill out of town past the larger hotels, take a right onto the small driveway with the sign for the Brewster Peninsula Trails (near the Howard Johnson). Follow this road for less than half a mile and park in the marked parking area just after the road turns to gravel.Trail length

(1 out of 1 members found this review useful.)Classic family hike right in town. The trail is well forested but does give you some glimpses of the lake as you make your way around.
