On a mountain bike, this trail would be an absolute stone cold blast. It's a lengthy, twisty, rolling ribbon of hard-pack singletrack with hardly any technical sections whatsoever. On foot, it makes for a pleasant nature walk/hike. Other than a few places where you have to scramble up short, steep climbs, there's really nothing challenging about it. Even so, it made for a nice hike; the scenery is good, and every trail user I encountered was courteous. So far, it's one of the best things about Modesto that I've stumbled upon since I've been here.
