Great hiking trails.Directions
From northwest Florida: Travel south on I-75 and then head east on SR 60. Turn right onto CR 640. Turn right on to CR 39. Heading south on CR 39 the park entrance will be on the left side of the road. From northeast Florida: Travel west on I-4 and then head south onto CR 39. Heading south on CR 39 the park entrance which will be on the left of the road. From southwest Florida: Travel north on I-75, then head east on CR 674 and then north on SR 39. Heading north on SR 39 the park entrance will be on the right side. From south Florida: Travel Alligator Alley (I-75) and then follow southwest Florida directions above. (1 out of 2 members found this review useful.) Reply to ReviewThe park is overrun by mountain bike enthusiasts. There are trails everywhere. The Old Agrico Trail was my favorite. It moves away from the mountain bikers and across a variety of environments. It is half open and half shaded. Passion flowers grow all along the trail.

(2 out of 3 members found this review useful.) Reply to ReviewExcellent trails for hiking, very beautiful scenery. Alafia also has some of the most elite of MTB trails in Florida that are sponsored by the "SWAMP MTB Club". The camp grounds are OK, no shade, but the rangers are awesome.
