There is a great little trail for a casual bike ride that goes around the lake. That trail is almost completely flat and has small gravel to help with the quality. It's about the width of a road. There is, however, trails that go off of it (by the bridge near the restrooms) that are moderate to steep that give great views. I have mountain biked on some of them... but some were too steep to bike up.
