(1 out of 2 members found this review useful.)since 1997 Willis Knob is the place to go for people who really love being outdoors. the views are specatacular & a step inside the tree line on the hottest summer day is like a cool stream & a glass of cold sweet tea.
It is great to see how well the Park Service takes care of it as well as the riders & campers.
Allow a day or so for your horses (some) to get used to the area. Sometimes they don't eat or drink right away & the trip alone can wear them out so be patient with them.
It is a great area for friends!
