Description

Situated in South Carolina’s lowcountry woodlands, Lake Warren State Park offers a relaxing atmosphere that can be enjoyed by all ages. Two easy-walking interpretive trails will give a visitor a good opportunity to view lowcountry wildlife such as alligators, deer, armadillo, turtles, skinks, possum, raccoons, squirrels, and many water birds.

Group camping can be enjoyed for up to 100 people. Call the park directly for reservations (803) 943-5051. Three picnic shelters and a community building may also be reserved.

Fishing in 200-acre Lake George Warren offers a variety of species. Large mouth bass, brim, redbreast, crappie and catfish make up the angling list. A 2-acre park lake also has fishing opportunities.
