Description
This camp is set on the North Fork John Day River. A very beautiful area with fishing and photography as some of the things to keep you occupied. There is a lot of shade. Not recommended for low clearance vehicles. Came across this site using the book Rays Guides: Free Campgrounds in Oregon..Directions
From Dale Oregon, travel northeast on Forest Service Road 55 for about 6 miles to Forest Service Road 5506 and take a right. Follow this road for another 5 miles or so to the site.Activities
