Description
This is a beautiful campground in a forest setting located on the Lyre River. This site has been recently renovated and provides a wheelchair access platform for river viewing and fishing. There is a group shelter. I found this site in ""Ray's Guides, Free Campgrounds in Washington State""Directions
From Port Angeles, travel west on Highway 117 to the junction with Highway 112 and U. S. Highway 101. Follow Highway 112 for approximately 12 miles past the town of Joyce to campground entrance on the right side of road. From there it’s about .5 mile to the site.Activities
