Primative backcountry sites but very level and secluded. The hike up to Pine Top and other backcountry sites is strenuous, about 2,500 feet of climbing but well worth it. Windy at times, be sure to pick a less exposed campground when wind is in the forecast (avoid Guadalupe Peak CG during these times). Great scenery, a real gem!
