M family and I stayed here in August. The campground was wonderfully clean. And the Camp hosts were attentive to our needs and controlling the noise from the other campers.

Be aware that in the warm months the campground is used heavily. On two occasions I've camped there other groups have "partied" (played loud music and drank) into the early morning hours. If you camp there expecting peace and quiet you will be sorely disappointed.

I camped there about Christmastime 2006. There were myself and one other family, and the live-in ranger, so privacy was no problem. The facilities are clean, and up-to-date. More than I expected for an FS campground. Easy access to trails along the gorge.
