Activities
Luna Lake Campground can best be described as a pleasant vacation neighborhood with tastefully spaced big trees, lots of grass, a lake with good fishing, first rate mountain scenery and additional recreation facilities located within easy travel distance. This friendly camp is located in a relatively open stand of ponderosa pines within easy walking distance of Luna Lake. The lake is a medium-sized body of water regularly stocked with rainbow trout by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. Fishing is best here early in the season, from ice-out in March till late June, because water is drawn from the lake for irrigation purposes and the lake gets low and warm in the summer.Guidebooks
