Description
The visitor center features a view within the nation`s largest straightline powerhouse as well as interpretive displays. Bridgeport State Park, including the Lake Woods Golf Course, is adjacent to the project.

Chief Joseph Dam is located in Bridgeport, WA. From Grand Coulee, drive 22 mi W on WA 174 to WA 17. Drive 16 mi W on WA 17 to the Columbia River. Or from Wenatchee, WA, drive 73 mi N on US 97, then 8 mi E on WA 17. The visitor route begins at the Orientation Area, just off WA 17 on the north side of the river.Activities
